Story-First.
Experience-Backed.
I’ve been where you are, and I built PairedTalent from what I learned getting out of it.
Why I Do This
A few years ago I was ready to pivot out of project management, but I struggled to get traction in other areas, including product strategy, where I most wanted to land. My experience hadn’t changed. What changed was how I told it. I restructured my story through different lenses, one for each discipline I wanted to move into, and doors started opening. I’ve made that shift across industries and companies, and I built PairedTalent to help others do the same.
Most resume help treats your document like formatting. I treat it like a question: what do you need to be known for to land this specific role, and does your resume say it? When it does, interviews follow.
Today I work in AI Product Strategy, driving enablement, adoption, and value realization at a global scale.
