When you submit the intake form, we collect your full name, email address, resume file, and links to the job postings you provide. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. We do not collect payment information through this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to review your resume, understand your target roles, and prepare your rewritten resume and (for the Career Advance Package) LinkedIn content. Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your submission is stored in our internal records system (Airtable) for the purpose of managing your engagement and is accessible only to PairedTalent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your resume and submitted materials for as long as needed to complete your engagement and to reference for a follow-up engagement, or until you request deletion.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. As with any online form, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

This site may use basic session and analytics functionality provided by our hosting platform. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
