1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website ("Site") or submitting your information through our intake or contact forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Offered

PairedTalent provides paid resume-writing and LinkedIn-repositioning services for corporate professionals, delivered as described on our Services page. Current packages are Resume Refresh ($100) and the Career Advance Package ($175); pricing and inclusions are subject to change and will be reflected on the Services page.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful information and materials, including your current resume and the job postings you are targeting. Misrepresented information may affect the quality and accuracy of the work product.

4. Payment

No payment is due at the time you submit the intake form. Payment terms, timing, and method are communicated directly after your materials are reviewed, and no payment is required until you are satisfied with the delivered resume, per the terms described on our Services page.

5. Delivery and Revisions

Resumes are typically delivered within 3 business days of receiving your materials, as a Word document (.docx) and PDF via email. Resume Refresh includes one round of revisions; the Career Advance Package includes two. Revisions must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

6. No Employment Guarantee

PairedTalent provides resume and career-documentation services only. We make no guarantee of interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

The final resume and any LinkedIn content we prepare for you is yours to use. Site content, design, and methodology remain the property of PairedTalent and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairedTalent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
